How long could I get my rams?
The goods will be packaged and dispatched within 1-3 working days after we confirm your payment. Sometimes the delivery might be delayed due to stock shortage, but we will do our best to inform you in time.
On testing memory, do you just test a certain percentage of rams or test all?
We test 100% of all RAM modules before packaging and shipping them.
What is the warranty policy on your RAM modules?
We provide a three-year warranty on all of our memory modules. If any quality issues occur under normal usage, we will replace or service them.
